Avèze is the gentian specialist in the Regional Nature Park of the Auvergne Volcanoes. We use ancestral know-how to make this base for Spritz, which emerges from the combination of mild bitterness and tangy citrus notes making Avèze Roll an ideal base for a great cocktail.
