Avèze has been a specialist in bitters since 1929. After the success of our Spritz base, Avèze Roll, we have adapted this recipe with lemon.
You’ll find tangy notes, typical of lemons, with a delicate bitterness.
Consommation
Lemon Avèze Roll can be enjoyed in cocktails to make the famous Spritz cocktail:
- 2 parts Lemon Avèze Roll
- 4 shots of Prosecco (or sparkling wine of your choice)
- 1 dash of sparkling water
